Where we deliver

We deliver across the UAE.

Delivery fee

The fee depends on the weight of your order and the emirate, and is shown at checkout. For large or fragile instruments (veena, tanpura, mridangam, harmonium) we confirm the fee after you order and before you pay.

How long it takes

We prepare and send your order after your bank transfer is confirmed. We will tell you the expected delivery time by email or WhatsApp.

Returns and faults

Please check your instrument when it arrives and message us within 48 hours if it is damaged or not as described. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Returns of unused items in their original packaging are accepted by agreement; please contact us first.
